If your order comes up as fraud in our system, or if your billing address is not the same as your shipping address you will be required to send Identification to verify your order before the order is processed and shipped out. If identification is not sent after 2 business days , your order will be cancelled.
SHIPPING: Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, however, during periods of high demand such as sales and collection releases please allow up to 5-7 business days for your package to be processed and shipped. For International shipping please allow 7-21 business days. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate shipping address or payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 3 business days. Out of stock items may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.

EXCHANGES - are only granted when return postmark is no more than (7) calendar days after the package was delivered or package will be rejected and returned back to sender. If the same item is not available a refund credit will be issued for a future purchase minus shipping cost or an exchange. If the exchange item price is more that your credit balance you must pay the cost difference. MUST, be free of stains, odorless, lint, nothing torn. A re-shipping fee of $7 will need to be paid for an exchange in advance. All credit refunds are good for (90) days only and will expire on the 90th day.
We will work with you to correct the order as quickly as possible so that you can show off your #MizNaturalisCollection Dress. All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached. We are happy to issue you a refund in the form of a credit for use on a future purchase. Return credit will be notified via email within two billing cycles to appear on your account after the item is returned.
